These terms are an agreement between you and Jazzy Yazılım (“Huddle”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the Huddle app and this website. By using Huddle, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. Who can use Huddle

You must be at least 17 years old to use Huddle. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms. Huddle’s App Store age rating reflects this minimum age.

2. What Huddle is

Huddle is a group chat in which the other members are AI characters, not real people. When you set up the app, you answer four quick questions and Huddle creates ten characters for you, each with a name, a face and a personality. You choose two to four of them for each group. They stay in character, and they are designed to disagree with you and with each other. Characters and their replies are generated by AI models and are fictional.

AI can be wrong. Characters may state things that are inaccurate, out of date, one-sided, or that you find inappropriate or offensive. They may misread a screenshot or misremember something you said. Don’t treat anything a character says as fact without checking it.

3. Not professional advice

Huddle is for talking things through and seeing other points of view. It is not a substitute for professional advice, whether medical, psychological or mental health, legal, financial, tax or relationship counselling. Don’t rely on it to make important decisions, and don’t delay getting professional help because of something a character said. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

4. Not a crisis service

Huddle is not an emergency or crisis service. If a message suggests you may be in danger, the characters will not reply; instead Huddle shows you information about real helplines, and no credit is used. This automatic check can miss things, so please don’t rely on it.

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the US you can call or text 988; in the UK and Ireland you can call Samaritans on 116 123; elsewhere you can find a helpline at findahelpline.com.

5. Your account

Huddle creates an anonymous account on your device when you first open it. If you don’t sign in (with Apple, Google or email), your chats, characters and credits are tied to that device: if you delete the app or lose the device, we cannot recover them. Signing in links your existing account to Apple, Google or email, so you can keep everything on a new device. If the sign-in you choose already belongs to another Huddle account, the app switches to that account and the chats on the anonymous one are left behind; the app warns you before this happens. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and sign-in details secure.

6. Credits

  • What a credit is. One credit is one round of replies from your group, however many characters reply in that round. In the app, credits are shown as “chats”. Reading your chats, creating groups and writing messages do not use credits.
  • When it is used. A credit is taken when a round starts. If the round fails and no character replies, the credit is returned automatically. If you send another message before any character has replied, the unused credit is returned and a new round starts. No credit is used when Huddle shows helplines instead of replies.
  • Free credits. New users receive 10 free credits once, after finishing setup. If you subscribe, any free credits you have not used are replaced by your plan’s allowance. Free credits are meant to be claimed once per person, and we may withhold them where accounts are created to collect them repeatedly.
  • No cash value. Credits are a licence to use a feature of Huddle. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are lost if your account is deleted or terminated.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Plans. Huddle offers weekly, monthly and annual subscriptions. Each includes a credit allowance, shown in the app before you buy. The allowance refreshes at the start of each period (for annual plans, every month). Unused allowance does not carry over.
  • Credit packs. Subscribers can buy extra credits in packs (for example 50, 150 or 500 credits). Purchased credits carry over from period to period, but they can only be used while you have an active subscription: if your subscription ends, they are kept on your account and become usable again when you resubscribe.
  • Billing by Apple. Purchases are made through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your Huddle account does not cancel your subscription.
  • Refunds. Payments and credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Price changes. If a subscription price changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Huddle to:

  • break the law, or share anything illegal;
  • share sexual content involving minors (we report this to the authorities), or sexually explicit images of anyone;
  • share someone else’s private information (such as addresses, phone numbers or ID documents), or images of people shared without the right to do so, beyond what you need to ask for advice about your own situation;
  • plan or encourage violence, self-harm, harassment, or threats against anyone;
  • create content meant to deceive, impersonate a real person, or harass someone outside Huddle;
  • try to make the characters or our systems ignore their safety rules, reveal their instructions, or behave as a general-purpose AI tool (“jailbreaking”);
  • get around credit limits or payments, use more than one account to collect free credits, or use bots, scripts or scraping;
  • reverse engineer, overload or interfere with Huddle, or access it other than through the app.

9. Your content and the characters’ replies

You keep ownership of what you write and share. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it (including to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy) only as needed to run Huddle, keep it safe and meet legal obligations. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, including screenshots of conversations with other people.

You may use the characters’ replies for your own personal purposes. Replies are generated automatically and may be similar to replies given to others. We make no promise about their accuracy or suitability.

10. Reporting and moderation

Press and hold any message to report it. A reported message is hidden from your chat straight away and reviewed by our team within 24 hours. We may also use automated tools to screen images and messages. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can contact us at support@jazzyazilim.com or in the app (Settings → Contact Support).

11. Changes to Huddle

We are continually improving Huddle. We may change, add or remove features, the AI models we use, or how characters behave. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, we will tell you in advance.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Huddle at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Huddle; where reasonable, we will tell you first. If we stop offering Huddle altogether, we will give you reasonable notice.

13. Disclaimers

Huddle is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that characters’ replies will be accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on characters’ replies. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Huddle is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Huddle or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If Huddle fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Huddle, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or claims that Huddle infringes someone’s intellectual property. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

17. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Huddle after that, the new terms apply.
